Education is devolved, so an instrument lives at the narrowest jurisdiction it binds: UK-wide instruments sit here, and anything that binds one nation only sits under state/ with the ISO 3166-2:GB nation code, state/eng/ (England), state/sct/ (Scotland), state/wls/ (Wales), state/nir/ (Northern Ireland). A school in Scotland is not bound by England's instruments, and the folder says so.
UK-wide here: UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, PECR, the Children's Code, the Online Safety Act 2023 and PSBAR. The Prevent duty and the Equality Act 2010 each bind more than one nation but not all four; they stay here with the scope stated in their README.
