Thuringia — ordinance under § 57(8) ThürSchulG (research note: none found)

§ 57(8) ThürSchulG provides that the details of processing personal data are to be regulated by ordinance of the education ministry ("wird durch Rechtsverordnung … geregelt"). The listed subjects include private devices of teachers (no. 5) and processing by digital teaching and learning materials used for school purposes (no. 6). On 2026-10-08 no ordinance made under that provision was found on the Land's law portal.

The pupil-data catalogue that does exist sits in the general school regulations, and is in the corpus as ThürSchulO/ThürASObbS Datenschutz. § 136 of the Thüringer Schulordnung (ThürSchulO), "Daten, Recht auf Information", lists the pupil and parent data to be collected on admission (§ 136(1)) and the content of class and course books (§ 136(4)), and requires Art. 24/32 GDPR measures (§ 136(5)). The vocational-school counterpart is § 47 of the Thüringer Allgemeine Schulordnung für die berufsbildenden Schulen (ThürASObbS). The ThürSchulO's Eingangsformel names § 60 of the ThürSchulG of 1993 as its basis, not § 57(8).
