§ 84a(13) SchulG LSA empowers the education ministry to regulate by ordinance the details of processing pupils' data, including processing in digital teaching and learning formats (no. 2), processing outside the school (no. 3), data security (no. 5) and automated processing (no. 6). On 2026-10-08 no ordinance made under that power was found on the Land's law portal. The school-act provisions themselves are the operative layer in the corpus: SchulG LSA Datenschutz.

All searches used the portal's own search on Landesrecht Sachsen-Anhalt (landesrecht.sachsen-anhalt.de, juris; /bsst/search?query=…, rendered), 2026-10-08:
- "personenbezogener Daten Schulen" and "Verordnung personenbezogene Daten Schule". Hits: SchulG LSA § 84a, DSAG LSA, sector ordinances for nursing schools, distance examinations at universities and university admission, and the Verordnung über die Erhebung von statistischen Daten im Schulbereich of 18 September 1995 (juris "SchulDatV ST", a statistics ordinance, not a § 84a(13) ordinance). No school data-protection ordinance.
- "Datenverarbeitung Schulen", "Datenschutz Schule", "Schülerdaten" and "Schuldatenschutz". Same picture; "Schuldatenschutz" returned no hit.
- "84a" (finds ordinances whose Eingangsformel cites § 84a). The only school ordinance returned is the Verordnung über Schulen in freier Trägerschaft (SchifT-VO) of 4 August 2015.
