Washington — biometric identifiers (RCW 19.375)

Washington's biometric-identifier statute (HB 1493, 2017): the definitions and the enrollment/disclosure/retention rule — no enrolling a biometric identifier in a database for a commercial purpose without notice, consent or a prevention mechanism. A risk-weighted extraction: headset eye/hand tracking is squarely in the frame.
