Portugal — Decreto-Lei n.º 83/2018 (citation stub — statute text pending)

Portugal's transposition of the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102): accessibility requirements for public-sector websites and mobile applications, with the mandatory declaração de acessibilidade (deadline for existing sites was 23 September 2020) and AMA, I.P. (Agência para a Modernização Administrativa) as the monitoring authority via acessibilidade.gov.pt.

Why a stub

The full text lives only in Portugal's official gazette ecosystem — diariodarepublica.pt, the data.dre.pt ELI resolver, and files.diariodarepublica.pt all serve an OutSystems JavaScript shell and reject every non-browser client (curl with browser headers, WebFetch, and the ELI content URLs were all tried 2026-09-06; the government mirror mosaico.gov.pt is the same shell, and acessibilidade.gov.pt returned 503 to non-browser clients). PGDL (the source used for Lei 58/2019 and Lei 41/2004) does not carry this decree-law. Complete via a browser-saved copy, like the Romania and WI/NY/TX stubs.
