제23조의3(학생정보의 보호원칙)

① 학교생활기록 등의 학생정보는 교육적 목적으로 수집ㆍ처리ㆍ이용 및 관리되어야 한다.

② 부모 등 보호자는 자녀 등 피보호자에 대한 제1항의 학생정보를 제공받을 권리를 가진다.

③ 제1항에 따른 학생정보는 법률로 정하는 경우 외에는 해당 학생(학생이 미성년자인 경우에는 학생 및 학생의 부모 등 보호자)의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공되어서는 아니 된다.
