EU product-safety cluster
The CE-marking instruments that govern placing hardware (ClassVR headsets, PEP100) on the EU market, grouped as one folder set (TODO item 4). Each instrument has its own legal root folder below; together they answer: what must be true of the device, who must do what, and what mark/paperwork proves it.

How they combine for one device
A WiFi/Bluetooth headset: RED supplies the essential requirements — Art. 3(1)(a) absorbs the Low Voltage Directive's safety objectives "with no voltage limit applying", Art. 3(1)(b) absorbs EMC — and the EMC Directive itself excludes such equipment (Art. 2(2)(a), referencing the RED's predecessor 1999/5/EC); RoHS applies to its materials; WEEE applies to the producer per Member State; GPSR supplies the general safety requirement for aspects no sector instrument covers and the recall machinery; Toy Safety applies only on a toy classification. One CE marking attests conformity with all applicable CE instruments; the EU declaration of conformity lists them.
